These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern exclusively the sales between D'AMICO LINE S.R.L and customers purchasing for personal use. By accepting these GTC at the time of order, the customer agrees to adhere to them. The GTC may be updated; each purchase is subject to the GTC in force at the time of the order. Prices and product descriptions in our online shop may vary, and our promotional offers do not constitute a contractual commitment until the order is confirmed.

Art. 1 - Conclusion of the Sales Contract

1.1 The order implies a sales contract in the customer's country and language, declaring that the customer is of legal age (over 18 years).

1.2 After submitting the order via cart, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation email with the details of the just sent order.

1.3 We will check the order and confirm acceptance as soon as possible. If the ordered products are not available, we will inform the customer about waiting times or the possibility of cancelling the order for a refund.

1.4 The order can only be corrected or modified if it is in "payment accepted" or "preparation in progress" status. Once shipped, it is no longer possible to make changes.

Art. 2 - Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days from the receipt of the goods without any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • Send written communication to info@damicoline.it within 30 days from the receipt of the goods.
  • Ship the products to D'AMICO LINE S.R.L, VIA ESTERNA REALCESI 2, 90046 MONREALE (PA), ITALY, at your expense, within 30 working days from the notification, in their original packaging and in substantially intact condition.

After verifying the integrity of the products, we will refund the amount paid (excluding shipping costs) within 48 hours via the payment method used for the purchase.

The personal data collected will be used only to manage orders and will never be spread or transferred to third parties, except for legal obligations.
