Legal guarantee for lack of conformity (d. LGs. 206/2005)

The guarantee of conformity of the spare parts sold by the D'AMICO LINE S.R.L in favour of the consumer customer is provided by virtue of the rules contained in the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 No. 206 (consumption code) on the guarantees in the sale of consumer goods. D'AMICO LINE S.R.L provides the official warranty for the duration of 24 months from the date of purchase. The consumer shall lapse from the right to enforce the above guarantee if it does not denounce the defect of conformity within 2 months of its discovery.

Guarantee of products

  • Products purchased at our store

    We guarantee the highest quality of the products purchased at our store. Our Sales managers keep track of all orders made. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can contact our warranty service and resolve the problem.

  • Warranty Documents

    When you shop in our shop, you receive your tax receipt or sales invoice. It's an important document, so please save it until the end of the warranty period.

  • Original boxes of products

    All products purchased in our shop are delivered in the original packaging. Please keep this package until the end of the warranty period, because if you decide to return the item for some reason, it should have the original packaging and not damaged in any way.

  • Do not damage the products

    The products must not be damaged and intact as per purchase to be subject to warranty. So please, try not to drop, dannaggiare or dip them into liquids. Contact our warranty service managers for assistance and answer all of your questions about return and repair policy.

  • Products must not be tampered with

How to make a warranty request

It is up to the customer, before returning a non-compliant replacement, and in order to enforce the guarantee, agree, even by e-mail, with the D'AMICO LINE S.R.L the modalities of return and delivery of the spare part. D'AMICO LINE S.R.L is committed to indicate to the customer the place and the methods of shipment of the spare. Once the spare part has been received, the D'AMICO LINE S.R.L will check, also using the manufacturer's structures and, where the defect of conformity is found, will send to the customer the repaired product or that in Replacement. In case of complaint of defect of conformity, the D'AMICO LINE S.R.L will promptly contact the customer to inform him and, if necessary, propose to him the replacement of the spoiled product with alternative products of equivalent or superior quality and value.

The D'AMICO LINE S.R.L will not be responsible for any damage that may result from misuse or parts subject to wear. Non-professional handling or installation, malfunction due to short-circuit. The warranty does not apply in the event of factors extraneous to the normal use of the spare part, use of inappropriate accessories or prohibited by manufacturers, falls, water, fire or misuse by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturer. The warranty is also excluded for defects that were already known by the customer at the time of purchase.

Defect not found

If, in the event of the check, the replacement does not result with a lack of conformity, the D'AMICO LINE S.R.L will inform the customer. The costs related to the transport of spare parts that do not have conformity defects will be charged to the customer.

Conventional warranty

The conventional guarantees, free or paid, offered by the D'AMICO LINE S.R.L, do not replace or restrict the legal conformity, compared to which may have different amplitude and/or duration. Conventional guarantees are different and additional guarantees in relation to the legal guarantee of compliance that protects consumers.
