Legal Warranty for Lack of Conformity (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

The warranty of conformity for spare parts sold by D'AMICO LINE S.R.L to the Consumer Customer is provided according to the regulations contained in the Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, no. 206 (Consumer Code) on warranties in the sale of consumer goods. D'AMICO LINE S.R.L offers an official warranty for a duration of 24 months from the date of purchase. The Consumer loses the right to claim the warranty if they do not report the lack of conformity within 2 months from its discovery.

  • Products purchased at our store

    We guarantee the highest quality of products purchased at our store. Our sales managers track all orders made. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can turn to our warranty service to resolve the issue.

  • Warranty documents

    When you make a purchase in our store, you receive a sales receipt or invoice. It is an important document, so please save it until the end of the warranty period.

  • Original product boxes

    All products purchased in our store are delivered in their original packaging. Please keep this packaging until the end of the warranty period, because if you decide to return the item for any reason, it should have the original, undamaged packaging.

  • Do not damage the products

    Products must not be damaged and must be intact as at purchase to be subject to warranty. Therefore, please try not to drop, damage, or immerse them in liquids. Contact our warranty service managers for assistance, and they will answer all your questions about the return and repair policy.

  • Products must not be tampered with

    Products that have been repaired or tampered with by third parties will lose their warranty. If you encounter a problem or defect in a purchased product. Speak first with our warranty technicians, who are here to help you solve any problem.

  • Unused products

    You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Contact our support center by phone, email, or online chat. You will receive all the necessary instructions on how to address the issue. We commit to promptly handle your complaint and make you happy with your agreement.

How to make a warranty claim

The Customer, before returning a non-conforming spare part and in order to enforce the warranty, must agree, also via email, with D'AMICO LINE S.R.L on the return and delivery methods of the spare part. D'AMICO LINE S.R.L undertakes to indicate to the Customer the place and shipping methods of the spare part. Once the spare part is received, D'AMICO LINE S.R.L will proceed with its inspection, also availing itself of the Manufacturer's facilities, and if the lack of conformity is found, will proceed to send the repaired product or a replacement to the Customer. In case of a reported lack of conformity, D'AMICO LINE S.R.L will promptly contact the Customer to inform them and possibly propose the replacement of the faulty product with alternative products of equal or higher value and quality.

Exclusions from warranty

D'AMICO LINE S.R.L will not be responsible for any damages that may arise from misuse or wear and tear of spare parts. Handling or non-professional installation, malfunction due to a short circuit. The warranty does not apply in case of factors external to the normal use of the spare part, use of inappropriate accessories or prohibited by the manufacturers, drops, water, fire, or incorrect or abusive use by the Customer or third parties not authorized by the manufacturer. The warranty is also excluded for defects that were already known to the Customer at the time of purchase.

No fault found

If, following the inspection, the spare part does not show a lack of conformity, D'AMICO LINE S.R.L will inform the Customer. The costs related to the transport of spare parts that do not present defects of conformity will be charged to the Customer.

Conventional warranty

The conventional warranties, free or for a fee, offered by D'AMICO LINE S.R.L, do not replace nor limit the legal warranty of conformity, with respect to which they may have different scope and/or duration. Conventional warranties are different and additional guarantees compared to the legal warranty of conformity that protects consumers.
