By placing an order on our website, the customer fully accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. Sales Agreement

Orders represent a binding purchase proposal and imply acceptance of these terms.
An order confirmation will be sent by email once the purchase is completed.
In case of product unavailability, the customer will be informed and may choose between waiting or receiving a refund.
Orders can only be modified before the preparation process begins.

2. Right of Withdrawal

The customer may withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the products.
Send a request to info@marranzanoparts.com and return the items at your own expense in their original packaging.
A refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the goods.

3. Privacy

All data is processed in accordance with current regulations and our Privacy Policy.
Personal data is never shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
Data is used solely for order management, customer support, and – if authorized – marketing communications.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be governed by Italian law.
The competent court is the Court of Palermo.
The EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is also available for out-of-court settlement.
