1. Subject
These terms and conditions govern the online sale of products available on damicoline.com, with particular reference to spare parts, components and accessories for commercial vehicles and compatible vehicles.
The information contained in the product pages is prepared with the utmost care, in order to indicate compatibility, technical characteristics, reference codes and useful notes for the correct purchase of the spare part.
The customer is invited to carefully check the compatibility of the product before purchase. In case of doubt, the customer may contact the seller before completing the order.
2. Sales contract
The submission of an order by the customer constitutes a binding purchase proposal.
After completing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email at the address provided during the purchase process.
The seller reserves the right to verify the actual availability of the ordered products. In the event of total or partial unavailability, the customer will be informed and may choose between:
- waiting for the product to be restocked;
- receiving a refund for the unavailable product;
- evaluating, where possible, an alternative compatible product.
The order may be modified or cancelled only until the preparation or shipping phase has begun.
3. Prices and payments
All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. Any shipping costs, taxes or other additional charges are shown before the final confirmation of the purchase.
Payment must be made using the methods available on the website at the time of the order.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination and the courier used.
The customer is required to carefully check the condition of the parcel upon delivery. In the event of damaged, tampered with or visibly compromised packaging, it is recommended to accept the goods with a specific reservation or to refuse the delivery, promptly informing the seller.
Any delays caused by the courier, incorrect or incomplete addresses, absence of the recipient or force majeure events are not directly attributable to the seller.
5. Product compatibility
The products sold on the website may be compatible with specific models, versions, engines or years of production.
The compatibility information shown in the product pages is intended to help the customer choose the correct spare part. However, before purchase, the customer is invited to compare codes, images, technical characteristics, mounting side and notes included in the description.

D’AMICO LINE S.R.L. is not responsible for incorrect purchases due to the customer’s failure to check compatibility, except in the case of errors directly attributable to the information published on the website.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days from receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to the following address:
Products must be returned intact, unused, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging, where present.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the case of an incorrect, defective or non-compliant product.
The refund will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Where possible, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise decided by the seller, to purchases made by professional customers, companies or VAT-registered subjects, when the purchase is related to their professional or commercial activity.
7. Defective, incorrect or non-compliant products
In the event of a defective, incorrect or non-compliant product compared to what was ordered, the customer must promptly contact the seller at the following address:

After evaluating the report, the seller may propose, depending on the case:
- replacement of the product;
- shipment of the correct product;
- full or partial refund;
- another solution agreed with the customer.
8. Legal guarantee
Consumer customers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the applicable legislation.
The guarantee covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery of the product and does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, tampering, normal wear and tear of the component or non-compliant installation.
For professional customers or companies, the guarantee is applied according to the applicable civil and commercial law provisions.

The customer’s personal data are processed in compliance with the applicable personal data protection legislation and in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

The seller is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product, incorrect installation, non-professional assembly or the choice of a spare part that is not compatible with the customer’s vehicle.
