Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a written notice via email to info@marranzanoparts.com indicating your order number and product details.

2. Return Conditions

• The item must be returned within 30 working days from the withdrawal notice.
• Products must be unused, intact, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to us.

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue the refund within 5 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

5. Non-returnable Items

• Parts that have been installed or damaged after delivery.
• Items purchased with promotional discount codes (unless defective).
